The project features a mix of attached and detached townhomes, several common use areas, including a club house, four “tot lots,” five picnic areas, a bocce court, and a trail on the northern edge of the property. The 245-unit market rate development, which has been dubbed Cypress Ridge by Los Angeles-based RC Homes, is slated for a long-vacant 22-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Pechanga Parkway and Loma Linda Road, a short drive north from the Pechanga Resort & Casino. ![]() ![]() ![]() A unique development that will allow parents of children with special needs to request custom amenities such as noise-dampening walls, adaptive bathroom fixtures and dimmer lights was approved this week by the Temecula City Council.
